West Side Beer Distributing-Grand Rapids is the exclusive Anheuser-Busch wholesaler for Kent, Montcalm, Ionia and Barry counties. Our company distributes to over 1,200 retail locations within this area. To service over 1,200 retail customers, West Side Beer Distributing operates a delivery fleet of over 30 trucks on a daily basis. Our segmented sales and delivery system offers customized service to the various retail segments we service.

West Side Beer Distributing is owned by the Klopcic Family.  There are currently 4 West Side Beer locations in the state of Michigan, Grand Rapids, Romulus, Kalamazoo and Lansing.  The Klopcic family had its’ origin in the beer business when Don Klopcic, Sr. started Don Lee Distributing in 1965 in the Detroit metropolitan area.  In 1981 the family purchased West Side Beer Distributing in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  The Romulus location was added in 2008, Kalamazoo was added in 2009 and Lansing was added to the West Side Beer family in January of 2012.  West Side Beer Distributing is now the largest Anheuser-Busch wholesaler in the state of Michigan, as well as the largest beer wholesaler in the state of Michigan.
